Shipping Policy
We ship orders to Austria, the European Union, and worldwide.
Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Austria: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: up to 15 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, etc.). Modexa is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
